Do you have minimum volume requirements?
No. We work with partners who send one deal a year and partners who send deals every week. There are no minimums and no exclusivity requirements.
How are partners compensated?
Compensation structure depends on your partner type and the deal. Referral partners earn a referral fee paid at closing. Co-brokering partners split the broker fee. All compensation is agreed on upfront before any deal moves forward, and we disclose everything to all parties.
How do you protect my client relationships?
Your clients stay your clients. We never solicit, contact, or market to your referrals outside of the specific deal you brought to us. If your client comes back for another deal, we loop you in.
What states do you operate in?
We work with lenders in all 50 states. Wherever your client's property is located, we can finance it.
How quickly do you respond to deal submissions?

What types of deals are you best suited for?
