What Qualifies
To take advantage of our rate guarantee, the competing offer must meet the following criteria:
- The competing offer must be a written loan estimate or term sheet, not a verbal quote.
- It must be for the same property, loan amount, and loan type (e.g., DSCR to DSCR, bridge to bridge).
- The offer must be from a licensed lender or brokerage operating in the United States.
- The offer must be current and not expired.
- The borrower profile (credit score, experience, entity structure) must be the same on both applications.
